“I've been fortunate to receive the National Science Foundation S-STEM Scholarship, which has supported a project I've wanted to do for a while: a cyber range. Thanks to the STEM Research Projects program, and now, finally, with all the knowledge I've gained in Python, networking, servers, Linux, HTML, containers, etc., the project is finally coming to life.”

The goal is to create something similar to what Metro State has, as I believe their cyber range is quite advanced.

The Cyber Range

I decided that to start, the Range will have three sections. The first is the Red Team, where pentesting techniques will be practiced. The second is the Blue Team, which focuses on defensive strategies and protecting systems. Lastly, the Green Team section will be for competitions, specifically geared towards events like the CCDC (Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition).
